• Weather & Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that a session cannot proceed due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or "Force Majeure Events," Next Level Paintball reserves the right to issue a full-value credit for the booking instead of a refund.
• Credit Flexibility: This credit is valid for a future booking date at any of our available national locations and is fully transferable to another person.
• Safety First: The decision to postpone a game due to weather is made solely by the Centre Manager to ensure the safety of all players and staff.
