Terms and Conditions

It is important that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions that apply to this contract before signing. If there are any terms that you do not understand or wish to agree to, you must consult the NLP website BEFORE signing. Only sign this agreement if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here and on the reverse-side of the NLP tickets.

Terms and Conditions of NLP Tickets

• Book online at https://nextlevelpaintball.com.au/ or call 1300 490 898.
• Try to book at least two weeks ahead.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Your choice of date may not be available but alternative dates will always be offered.
• These tickets can be redeemed at all NLP affiliated paintball centres (in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand and Canada).
• Paintball prices vary from country to country and will be denominated in the local currency.
• When you make a booking at a paintball centre in the AU you will be required to pay the booking office for the first 100 paintballs, at a cost of $26.99 per person.
• Paintballs are NOT included in the purchase price of the NLP tickets. This fee is for entry and equipment.
• Additional paintballs can be purchased on the day of your event at national paintball centres for $29.99 per 100 paintballs. Paintball prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change.
• Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre.

Age Restrictions

the minimum age to play paintball varies by state.

Minimum ages vary between states:

ACT – 16 years – miniball 8
NSW – 12 Years
QLD – 15 Years
VIC – 18 Years – miniball 8
WA – 12 Years – miniball 8
SA – 10 Years

• Food is not included.
• NLP tickets provide entry to National and Local centres. The latter may not have the same standard of facilities and equipment as the former; however, they are ‘local’ and you may find one of them more convenient in terms of travel. Local paintball centres do not provide full-head masks or body armour and their paintball prices may vary . Local paintball centres may require a further minimum purchase of paintballs per person before the paintball day commences. • Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only. NLP simply undertakes to maintain redemption agreements covering a minimum of ten such participating venues within the AU.
• If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the pre-payment and paintballs will be forfeited.

Prices

All prices quoted for booking packages are for payments made in person. Payments in this format are final and cannot be altered or amended in any way. Meaning that once paid you will not be able to change the date of your booking and if any member of your party is unable to attend the date booked. Then that payment is forfeited and you will need to contact the bookings team to discuss this in more detail. Payments made via phone to the advice centre attract a service fee of 6.99%. The booking can be changed to another date if you wish (subject to availability), that credits will be issued in respect of any players who fail to attend and that these players may attend a game on a date of your choosing in the future without further payment (again, subject to availability).
