• Add Players Later: You are welcome to add more players to your booking up until a few days before your event. Simply call our national coordination team to check equipment availability, and we will do our best to accommodate the extra recruits.
• Stress-Free Planning: Don’t let a few “maybe” responses hold up the entire group. Locking in the confirmed players officially starts the countdown to game day and often encourages the rest of the squad to commit!

The minimum age to play paintball in Australia currently varies by state. At Next Level Paintball, we are actively involved in working with local authorities to lower these age requirements so more “young guns” can join the action!

Yes. Every player must complete an online registration form before they are authorised to participate at our national centres.

• Under 16s: For players under 16 years of age, the online registration form must be completed by a parent or guardian.
• Group Coordination: We recommend sending the registration link to your entire group alongside your invitations to ensure a fast, seamless check-in on the day.
• Accessing the Link: Please request your unique group link from your event coordinator when finalising your booking.
• Connectivity & Delays: Completing forms in advance is essential. Many centres are in remote areas where mobile signal and internet connectivity are unreliable. Waiting until you arrive will significantly delay your check-in.
• On-Site Facilities: While tablets are available at the centre for emergency use, they are subject to local network availability.

• MiniBall (Ages 8–15): This specialized low-impact version uses spring-loaded markers and is currently available at the locations marked with an asterisk (*) below. Coming to NSW and Newcastle in 2026!
• Standard Paintball: Our traditional sessions feature upgraded .50 calibre equipment for better accuracy and lighter impact. (Note: Minimum age varies by state from 10–16 years).

Yes. Mid-week games are available at most of our national centres, provided that the minimum spending requirement is met for the date.

• Opening Requirements: To facilitate professional staffing and centre operations mid-week, a minimum spend is required. If this threshold is not reached, we are unable to open the centre on that specific date.
• Clear Notification: Our team will notify you of any specific spending requirements or group size minimums at the time of your enquiry.
• Alternative Options: If your preferred date or venue does not meet the requirements, our booking office will always offer an alternative location or date to accommodate your group.

There is no minimum or maximum group size requirement at Next Level Paintball; you can play with any number of participants or even join the action individually.
